Front of The House Manager - Responsibilities may include managing up to 50 employees, labor and food costs, scheduling, ordering, inventory control, training, hiring, guest relations and more. All Brixx managers work a variety of lunch and dinner shifts. Brixx has a very active upbeat environment. Our managers are very hands on in both the dining room and the kitchen. Brixx has open kitchens that are an important part of the guest experience as they can watch the action. Ability to comfortably interact with guests is a must! Management experience is not a pre-requisite.
