Brixx Spinach and Artichoke Dip
In a two-quart double broiler (or crock pot),
combine the following:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
- 2 tsp. Cholula hot sauce

Heat until melted and well-blended, then add ½ lb.
frozen spinach (thawed and drained), 1.5 cups artichoke hearts
(quartered) and 1/3 cup diced tomatoes. Stir well.
Make sure you heat until the temperature reaches
145 degrees. Serve with garlic crostinis or hearty tortilla chips
and enjoy.
